Mr. Mark Wickham

Mark has over two decades of direct experience in the construction and maintenance of undersea cable systems from the supply side. Mark has been involved with a large number of cable systems around the world and a wide range of cable system development models. Mark’s experience includes time in Asia Pacific, EMEA and American markets with a particular passion for innovative marine maintenance approaches. Mark was instrumental in accelerating the shift to open cable architecture within the subsea cable industry.

Greg has been involved with the telecom industry for over two decades, having built hundreds of miles of fibre in Northwest US. Greg serves as Vice President Business Development with Wave focusing on developing landing solutions for subsea cables. He has served as President and Vice President for Northwest Telecommunications Association and was previously on the board of INCOMPAS, a national competitive provider association.

Arun has over four decades of experience in finance with two decades of relevant telecoms experience. Previously he has served as the President and CFO of TATA Communications and the Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Finance Ltd. Arun has been recognized as one of the ‘50 telecom CFOs to watch for’ by Global Telecoms, UK in 2015 and among the top 10 most powerful CFOs in India in a survey conducted by Economic Times in 2003. He has also previously worked as a consultant to the Commonwealth Secretariat, London.

With over 40 years of experience and having held positions in submarine cable planning, transmission engineering, marine engineering, project management and operations & maintenance, Mick is a veteran of the subsea cable industry. Mick headed the Subsea Cable Centre of Excellence at BT for 12 years until retirement in 2013. He also served as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the International Cable Protection Committee (ICPC) until 2013. Mick has remained active in the submarine cable industry since retirement from BT, with assignments covering market research, business strategy, expert witness and cable damage investigations.

His teams include Business Development, Wholesale, Carrier, Cell Backhaul, and Sales Engineering. Prior to joining Wave, Paul held positions at AT&T, Teleport Communications Group (TCG), and USWest.
